*Includes $.95 per hour Vacation and Organizing Fund deduction for journeymen and apprentices. The vacation fund deduction is $.50 per hour and the organizing fund deduction is $.45 per hour, both of which are made from the TAXABLE base rate. For Preapprentices there is a $.05 deduction for organizing and no deduction for vacation for a total of $.05.

**Employers may provide pre-apprentices wtih health coverage through a company health plan.

Jouneyman total package will increase $1.70 on May 1, 2009

The IRS mileage rate on May 1, 2008 is $.505 per mile.

Contract expires April 10, 2010
